An innovative financial management app for unorganized small businesses launched in the middle of COVID lockdown 1.0, Taka management wanted first impressions and early experience feedback from the users to align their app to the user’s experience and expectations.
Impact
The Taka team got encouraging validation of their product thinking and beliefs that Taka was built on. It also helped them rediscover the product philosophy that would form the basis of further product improvements.
