When the world leader entered the Indian markets, they felt like Alice in Wonderland. They needed a better understanding of the dynamics of Indian market to set a strong foot here.
We laid out the entire spectrum of the end-user’s lifestyle, education, motivations and aspirations. And, not to forget their awareness of power tools, pain points and challenges. We brainstormed the opportunity areas and selected concepts for prototyping. These prototypes were validated with the end-users before launching the pilot.
