Challenge

This health finance company launched a unique product that  emerged out of user empathy and understanding, but somehow it couldn’t cut ice with the users and failed to reach projections. UCC  was tasked to identify gaps in offering and system to address this  dilemma.

Impact

UCC unearthed unmet user needs and system level loopholes  that were hindering adoption of the product.

Our recommendations are now being implemented in the product  and internal training programs.
